Return window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to return
Send us a message with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and an address label.
Exchanges
Wrong size? We'll exchange it for another size in the same style, subject to availability. Just mention the size you need when you contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty items
If something isn't right, contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll put it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
