Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery estimates

• United Kingdom — 2–4 working days, tracked and signed for.
• Europe — 4–8 working days.
• Rest of world — 7–14 working days.

Duties and taxes

Orders outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by your local customs authority.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for five working days, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier on your behalf.
